Default anyone ever tried maako for paint?

I was just curious if anyone used them.I heard they did awesome work for the price...I also heard you get what you pay for and 289 bucks isnt a whole lot.I got about 1000 dollars to play with and I want to get some paint on my 87 LX.

MAACO is crap I imagine you can do a little better with 1000. Their work sucks for the price.

For the price they're excellent, I've seen some pretty decent work come out of maaco, but also some crap, just hope you get lucky.

As in everything else, it all depends on the shop and its personel. I believe the one Maaco shop around here was closed due to illegals working there plus it was a dump! Other Maaco's I have seen in the past have been pristine. It all depends on that franchise's owner/manager.

Its all about what you pay for, if you go with the cheapest paint option they have, they will paint over duct tape it you have it on your car, but if you pay for one of there better options then you will see nice quality. I've seen some show quality maaco jobs, and some junk yard quality maaco jobs.
