Default '98 V6 Serpentine Belt change

I'm having a little trouble finding out how to loosen the tension on the serpentine belt in my 1998 Mustang V6.
Once I do that, changing the belt is easy.

There is a particular pulley that has an arm attached to it that has an allen wrench connection on the arm, but I tried using an allen wrench on that spot and I stripped it out, it wouldn't move at all.

Anyway, If someone can please tell me how to loosen the tension on this belt, I would greatly appreciate it.

i think i used a socket wrench. no socket just the part where the attachment would fit onto.
i think it was about 3/8 in

i just fit it in the hole on the tensioner arm and leveraged (dont remember which way)

That engine has a spring loaded belt tensioner on it, right? If so just use your tire jack & "lever" that tensioning arm so it allows you to pull the belt out from underneath it.

I have a 1995 v6. I changed the serpentine belt two days ago. I am sure they are the same setup.

The tensioner has a hex nut on it and you just get a wrench and twist on that. The arm swings up and then you slide the belt off of the tensioner's pulley. Pretty simple.
