Well I achieved a 4.2gpa this semester (I'm a sophmore in high school) and my parents got me a brand new 06' GT as my first car. I guess the last 5 years of me looking at only mustang magazines got the point to my parents heads that I wanted a mustang lol. My dad is driving it right now because I don't even have my license yet. We've had it one day and he is already considering putting a supercharger in it lol. I guess it brings back memories for him. Well anyways here it is:

LOL my dad said the same thing "cop-magnet". My b-day is in August so he'll probably be the one driving it most until then, but when I get my license i'm going to install a retinal eye scanner so i'm the only one who can drive it lol. The great thing is that its stick so my mom won't go near it lol. Yeah that 4.2gpa basically took away my social life, but it was definetly worth it.
Just in case your wondering why my parents got it now when my birthday is all the way in August, its because my brother just recently totaled his BMW (he didnt get hurt) and he needed a rather large car to put his work stuff in so my dad bought the mustang so my brother could use his explorer. He also probably bought it now because he wants it for himself for as long as he can get it lol.

Congrats man! I bought my mustang my second year of college, but I wasn't lucky enough to have my parents buy it for me. The mustang is an awesome car to have when you are young. If you don't have a girlfriend right now, you'll have one when you start driving that car![sm=smiley20.gif]

allsi gotta say is be careful with it man, my mom thinks i obsess over mine a bit, but i park it out in the back of the parking lot away from everyone else, i back into all my spots so i dont hit curbs, i clean it every other day... lol
