Greetings,

Streetsmart Design will begin shipping Diablo chips to customers during the week of July 14, 2003. Mustangforums.com members will receive an additional 10% off the Streetsmart Design low prices when they mention Mustangforums.com while placing their order.

Diablo Deltachip
The Diablo Delta Chip comes complete with a three positional switch (standard or LED option) allowing you to switch between two tunes on the fly or to turn the chip off completely giving you the option of running 87 octane or premium fuel for no extra charge.  In addition, the chip has an optional antitheft key switch that will put the computer in sleep mode and prevent the vehicle from starting. The Diablo alters the ignition timing and optimizes the air/fuel ratio in 400 rpm increments from idle to wide open throttle. No more generic tunes, the Diablo uses your Engine Controller Unit (ECU) code for a truly custom optimized tune.

Jimmy,

The LED switch is available seperately.  It is part number F7246.  It includes the LED toggle switch and the 36" harness.  The switch plugs into the chip in place of the standard toggle switch.

Check your PM's

Thanks,

Bill

BLKSTANG9879,

We do offer custom tunes.  However, the currently lead time on a custom tune is about 3 1/2 weeks.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Blkstang9879,

It would be best to e-mail our technicians ( tech@ssd4u.com )some information regarding the vehicle so that they can determine if a chip is applicable.  Or, you could call us at 866 773-5463 (866 SSD-LINE) to speak with a technician.

The information to start with would be make, model, year and egine size as well as a list of modifications you have made.  Once we review that we will determine if we can effectively perform a custom burn.  If we can, we will help you fill out the custom programming form and get the programming started.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Sincerely,

Bill-SSD
