New member from Texas

Hello everyone. I live in Lumberton, TX (about 5 miles north of Beaumont). I am originally from Claremore, OK and moved to the Beaumont area 2 1/2 years ago. We have a good car club here call Wild Horse Mustang Club.

Wait a minute! I didn't say I was a Texan. I said I live in Texas. There is a big difference. I will ALWAYS be a Sooner first. I have learned to tolerate the UT fans, actually I have learned to ignore them (j/k, LOL). It is good to have a little rivalry to stir the pot a little bit. As long as it is in the proper context.

I don't think so. We kicked your butt 5 years in a row! It'll get back to the usual real quick. It's actuall pretty fun because all of the friends I have made here in Texas are horn fans.

that must be awkward having friends who are all agains your team. I kind of know what that is like though...I'm a huge Astros fan and my bf grew up in St Louis and is a huge Cards fan...can you imagine the strain on our relationship that is??
