Default Which is stronger T45 or T5?

Ok guys as some of you know my transmission is dead. Im looking for a new transmission, I could rebuild it but I want to look at some other options first. Is the T45 stronger then the T5? Will the T45 bolt in place of a T5 without having to change anything like the clutch or the driveshaft?

What kind of differences am I looking at if I do change over to a T45?

And does anyone know where I can get a full rebuild kit for the T5 if i choose to rebuild it?

Thanks!
