I know this is a cope off of the funniest races but, what are the best/ proudest/ I shouldnt have won races you ever had???

- I pulled up next to a 2001 bullit w/ mid 40s man and wife. He revs w/ his lightely modded exhaust. I roar back twice as loud and the wife jabs him to get him to not race me. We built up for the whole light. On green, I launch PERFECTLY and am through the intersection before he is done burning out. At that point he just gives up.

- Raced a RSX to impress a chick who liked me. She started the race between the RSX and stang and I smoked him. Felt like a pimp for the rest of the night(got me in the door).

- I took on an old school Chevelle that was LOUD. We caught a light and we both knew it was on. WHen it turned the guy buried the throttle and proceeded to burn out while I was going down the street. By the time he finished and got traction, it was all over.

There are a few of my stories. Not the greatest but I am happy w/ them. Now share yours....

I ran a newer ws6, missed third gear twice, and still ran him down and dominated...and ran a 2000 Saleen E, about a week or so ago, and was neck and neck with him the whole way. I count that as a victory...

I kept 3/4 car length on a 4.0L V8 Aurora 3 times in a row through 4th gear.

Raced a 01 mustang gt a while back from 55 to 147 we were dead even when we let off. Same night found a lt1 with neon lights, we went from 35 to 100 and i had a decent lead on him. 1 week later i got beat badly by a heavly modded ls1, but it was great watching him waste gas.

When my stock 96 V6 ate a 03ish vette for lunch. I was proud cause I beat a vette with me future ex in the car. Some teenage kid revved at me. maybe a year or two younger than me. light changed I floored it thinking of how bad it was gonna be. The kid burned all through first and kept grinding gears. Sounded like he never got it to second. He ****ed daddy's car up She was so impressed that I bead a vette it was awesome

Duals and a CAI. I was laughing because I thought stock for stock a 2000si was faster than an edge V6

'bout even, actually. Never raced one, but I'd be more afraid of a 5 speed than an autotragic.

I have a torqueless wonder of an engine. I'm driving a limp dick unless I'm holding steady at 5500 rpm.

Stock with no driver or amp/sub/crap in my back seat my car supposedly weighs 2612 lbs. With me in it... 2735ish... plus everything else.

One day on my way to work I was going the speed limit (55) and a 04 GTO goes past me I don't think much of it, but then I see his license plate and it reads GTKILER so I'm like I have to race this guy. We get to a light and I say "Nice plate" his like "Thanks, you want to go?" me"Yea why not?" The light turns green, I launch just right and he spun a bit and by 3rd gear I had a 1/2 a car on him but then we had to slow down b/c of the cars in front of us, then when we were in the clear we went from a roll about 40mph and he had me by 3/4 of a car at about 110. It was fun, I beat him from a dig and he won from a roll.

It wasnt a race of mine... but it was the best race I have ever seen. My friend does competitve gas engine R/C cars... So we had a bet on his car vs another friend of mines cavalier. It was a 150' race as thats the farthest reach he had on the R/C car. Anyways.. the R/C SMOKED the cav. It wasnt even close. Ohh man did we give him hell about it. THose little R/C's can go. I think his had a top speed of 45mph? Something like that. It got there in an instant.

Worst race for me since were going to hit that topic... I lost to a 4 wheeler in my 5.0.. damn banshee's can FLY in a 1/4. Dude ran a low 13

one time i raced a automatic 97 GT vert. i forgot who owned it, it was a friend of a friends. but we took off from a stoplight to the 55 mph speed limit.(no traffic) i thought i was gonna lose but when the light turned green and he had me off the line but somehow i caught up to him and by the time we hit 60 my front was maybe 3 or 4 feet in front of his car, which is still a win to me. to this day i still think God was by my side, but then i realize that auto 97 gt's run mid 15s....and add on the extra weight of the vert.....so yea maybe it wasnt luck? or his car was just running like crap

I ran a 2005 Mustang GT 5-speed on the street, it was really close.
I raced my g/f several times at the track when she had her first Z28, it was usually pretty close.
I decisively beat my dad's Buick Grand National at the track, but it's not running right so that one shouldn't count.

in my 83 5.0 with long tubes, o/r h mufflers and on nitto d/rs, basically stock, i ran a 79 camaro with a 350, it had heads, cam, carb, full exhaust and gears.. yeah i pulled half a car on the launch and then held it for the entire 1/4, thats prob my best race ever... LOL in my fast car i raced a 67 GTO with a 455 h.o. swap in it with heads, cam, tranny, gears, full valve train re-worked, tires, suspension work, big as s carb and i think thats it maybe little things also i dont remember.. i pulled about 4 bus lengths on it at the end of the 1/4.. BIGGEST joke of my life..
