Hi, this is my very first post on this forum.  I drive a 1995 Base Model Mustang which I've kept pretty stock, except for the sound system.

Anyways, everytime I go above 140 km/h (and I do that a lot) I can see the hood of my car bounce up and down.  That's not cool.  So I looked at it, and it's cracked on the underside.  If I keep driving the car like this, I'm afraid the hood will fly up and smash my windshield one day, which it probably will.

I bought some really strong fiberglass bonding material that should fix it temporarily, but I'm going to want something permanent soon.

The scrap yard by my house doesn't have a hood for a 94-97, but has a 2000 hood.  Simply put, will that physically work on my car or no???
