to the wheels, douchebag. they put down almost 380 to the wheels, since they're so underrated. since we're correcting people over something retarded, it's 390 flywheel, not 393.

the mach1 is a dohc 4.6 4v motor, you big bunch of retards.
ford doesn't have 400 hp cause it costs money to put a 400 hp motor in a car (03/04 cobra, it was mid $30's). gm can't sell enough goats and ford can't keep up wiht the demand for stangs. gen. pop. doesn't want a $35k car with 400hp, they'd rather have a sub-$30k car with 300. it's not like there is ever a situation on the street where you can (legally) use 400hp anyway for more than two seconds, when you take a car on a test drive, you don't get a chance to run it to 100mph, you only get to cruise around on the streets for 15 minutes, and that's why people buy a car.

Yeah, that would be nice. I'd like to see a Kenne Bell supercharger for the sixer... but as far as gears, and all the bolt ons, I think the aftermarket is pretty good.
It's harder to make a fast sixer than it is to make a fast GT. You can make a GT pretty fast with only bolt ons, but sixers will pretty much have to have a power adder. Neither car is fast stock though (new edge and older), but I kind of like the fact that the sixer is always the underdog.
I would rather have a 350 hp sixer Stang than a 350 hp GT... It would demand more respect on the street.
Well the name mustang esp GT just demands respect. Youd be surprised how many people think a V6 is fast. Even though family sedans crank out more power than 6ers and GT's

I understand they are GTs, and that demands respect. The fact is, that they are really goddamn slow for a V8. Hell, even the new GT is slower than the other cars that have popped up in the Muscle car rebirth. Luckily, even though I don't like the new body style, the Mustang still looks the best out of all of them, and the new GTs respond amazingly well to power adders.

no one thinks the 6ers are fast, im always told to race someone on a bike and ill loose, then i bring them for a ride and they have a little more respect.
