That is not rue dude, CAR and Driver, Motor Trend and others had them one on one, the Cobra can smoke the STi in the 1/4 mile and in 0-60, bearly, but it does, the cobra has some 380, and the STi has 300ish, but he STi weights a couple hundred pounds less than the Cobra,
The STi is a great car(one of my favorite cars)But what do you compare $35,000 VS $50,000 that extra dough could be used to get a better supercharger, pullies, and computer chip, THEN we can see who beats who

the STI is around mid 30's range
cobras are what?...40-50's

i'd rather drive a cobra/mach1 instead of a STI but the STI is a beast

no cobra is 50 k i dont even think that the 03-04s were 40k when they came out.

Also, the 03-04 Cobras have 393, not 380.

a boxter is not a type of porsche, a boxster is (barely).

and a boxer is a type of engine... I doubt you could found george foreman behind the grill (of your car). hahahaha

an 03/04 cobra was aboot $35k (sticker price) new.

Yup, I raced one with my 99 cobra. It was pretty close but he edged me out a lil bit.

HP is 150 on those, but they weight 2500 lbs so they are great for auto x-ing
