I have 94' Mustang GT 5.0L 5 speed,
the problem is when i accelerate in 3rd gear the rpm stops at 4,000rpm, but when i shift to 4th gear rpm can go up to 6,000 rpm?</P>


this problem started last week, the car used to go up to 6,000 rpm in 3rd gear, but not any more.</P>


now the car can reach 6,000 rpm in all gears exept the 3rd.</P>


do you know waht might be the problem.?</P>


ps: my car is totally stock.</P>
