I was just curious on what would be the best heads and cam duo on a 5.0 stang. This is with the intention of being a daily driver with very capable 1/4 mile performance. thanx
i am gettin what i think is a pretty good duo... edelbrock prefromer rpm heads and intake... along with the Ecam....and maybe the 347 kit but not sure yet...

lloyd, i don't want a sleeper at all, i want my presence to b known when i get close to wherever i'm going. so the e303 sounds mean as hell huh?? sounds like a winner to me, how does it perform?

If you want your presence known the E is for you. Worked great when my motor was stock, worked great with my heads and intake, and best of all it loved the nitrous.
He ports out stock E7's and he has quite a reputation on Stangnet.com for having good products. His heads have been taken to low 12's in the 1/4, and he even has combos on his website that includes a cam, springs and a timing chain set for under $1000. Go onto Stangnet and search for his name (thumper460), there are numerous posts describing the quality of his work.
The e cam will give you a lil more lump than stock. I swapped my e-cam for the Trick flow stage 1 cam and made way more power. They dont advertise that its emissions legal but if your car is tuned properly and has had a recent oil change you will pass with it. It has a more agressive lump to it, plus makes more power. Just my .02
