Heres the story guys......I get to a light and this yellow 86 stang with a loud exhaust pulls up lookin all hard a$$ and all so when the light turns green I go 4 it and so does he when I hit 2'd gear I'm already 2 car lengths ahead of him but once he hit 3'd he hit the magic button and took off doin 90 while I was doin 70 mph.....I felt kinda bad cuz he couldnt have beaten me so he had to use noss....n I have a stock 03 Gt...share your thoughts on this story

You probably don't know how to tell if a car's using nitrous from behind, do you? Usually, a hard-to-see white cloud comes out the tail pipe.
Just because he was hanging with you int he first two gears then blew past you doesn't mean he has nitrous. It simply means he pushed the car to it's limit faster than you did yours.

Yeah, I did the same thing to an 02 gt in my Z06. I just kinda played with him in first and second, giving him some hope. lol Then I hit it hard about halfway through second, and by the time I changed to third, I was walking from him like he was standing still. God I'm gonna miss this car... lol

That is funny,you would have to be delusional or packing a big punch to be fu**ing around with a ZO6.Some stang guys or newbies can be like ricers,they buy a stock mustang and think they can stomp anything and everything.

Yes, I'm going to get rid of the Z06. $711 is getting to be too much for a monthly car payment. And I'm going to college soon, and there's no way I can afford it. So I'm going for something a little cheaper with around the same power. I love mustangs, and trust me, a Z06 isn't that great. Yes, they have incredible power coming from the factory n/a, but the whole car, to me, seems to have been made poorly because of all the weight reductions they did to make it lighter. Also I don't like only 2 seats for my daily driver. That makes it really hard to haul anything such as bags or such. Overall, I would take a Cobra over a Z06. With the corvette, all you're paying for is the looks (which are great) and the bragging rights of driving a Z06 Corvette. Just my $.02.

if im not mistaken he's going back to school, which is becoming a popular trend with adults now because a degree is becoming necessary to make any money at an entry level job nowadays, being very necessary when driving a ZO6 or Cobra etc. by the way i saw a ZO6 the other day and boy does that exhaust sound mean!
