Default Paint on old glass

Hi,

There is a fine spray of what appears to be white paint on my vintage glass.
I have tried every glass cleaner made. I got desperate and used simple green and greased lighting.
I even used polishing compound carefully. It didn't do anything. Does anyone have suggestions?

Thanks.

Joe

paint thinner should take it off, just make sure not to get it on anything else, it wont hurt the glass. just put some on a rag and scrub.i had some overspray on my windows from when i got my car painted and that is how i got rid of it. but if that doesnt work then you might have to try a razor blade and scrape it of, just be really careful not to scratch the glass.

You can use very fine steel wool. It works like a charm.

I read on autopia.com where detailing clay works great on glass as well as the car body for overspray. [sm=hiya.gif]
