I am using a Pro 5.0 shifter and love it. Almost identical to a Steeda. Someone mentioned a copyright infringement lawsuit between them.

Yea, about 40%. There are actually two height positions that you can bolt the shift handle at. I am all around very pleased with it. It has a good firm feel and the missed shifts are non-existant. Good luck!

You should consider this short shifter kit from saleen if you want to save some money. It's nearly as good as a tri-ax or pro 5.0 at a fraction of the cost.

I've said this before, but just buy the one you like based on price, brand loyalty, or appearance. I want the Hurst simply for the white ball and chrome handle. They will perform within fractions of a percent of each other. The Saleen is easily the most bang for the buck and a great place to start since it can save you hundreds of dollars if it's all you need. The others are all overpriced, but they do have their advantages that aren't available otherwise.
