Default 1968 fornt door pillar repair

I have a 1968 Mustang coupe that has been hit in the front just below the front window post. The window post and windshield are intact but, the support where the door hinges mount, the door, part of the rocker panel, and cowl side panel have been crushed. Also, the upper control arm, and fender also been damaged which leads me to believe that the front frame rail might have been tweeked slightly. I would like to try to fix the car myself but, I would like information on the best way to perform this fix (the more info., the better). Do I need a frame manual to get dimensions from and if so how do I find one?. What’s the best way to pull the frame rail out if need be? I have some welding experience and have a donor car in which I can get the door hinge support from.
