I'm looking to add a chin soiler to my vert, and ran across a post for Fang Performance's new V6 chin spoiler. Has any one seen one up close to check the quailty. It looks beefier than CDC's while retaining the boss look. Check it out at www.fangperformance.com and let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
What are the differences in the GT and V6 PONY PACKAGE front fascias?? I know the GT has the cosmetic little "lip" on it (like the rear bumper) but what else is the difference?
I would just like to know so i know what will fit on mine.

Let's see:
GT bumper has the lower lip, V6 bumper doesn't GT has different front fender splash shields GT has different upper and lower grilles (upper grill w/ fog lights can be persuaded into the V6 bumper, but fit isn't perfect) GT has a splash shield under the radiator that the V6 doesn't No license plate indent on GT bumper

I want to maintain the front V6 bumber, so this would be a great spoiler. The black would tie in the side rockers. Add black stripes and the "look" starts coming together.

I think that the FANG chin for the V6 looks great! I'd love to see one of those painted and installed on one of our 4.0's. Anyone planning on picking this up and not leaving it black, please post the pictures!

I will have to see what the price is Im planning on getting a chin spoiler so ill look. I had my side rockers painted and it came out fine so ill just wait and see but this wouldnt happen till june cause thats when i return.

I TRIED calling them yesterday which was a saturday and it was lets see 12pm central time cause it was 9pm over here to see if they could ship it painted cause they have a GT one for 300paint and installed butt i dont think they were open. If they can ship it painted the color of my car i will buy it. Will try again Monday.

just talked to gary on the phone from FANG performance. He said the one one that car was a prototype. The are currently making a new mold for the v6 that looks better than the current i believe. There is already 3 or 4 v6 owners in line for the new chin spoiler. Thinking about calling him back up to order mine.

haha well that wont be till june, I will get it and it will be waiting at my house for installation. I currently have fresh painted rockers and other various items that are needed to be installed when I get home.

Talked to the guys at Fang today, to get on the buying list. The owner said it's only gonna be a few weeks until they're ready to ship the first ones out. I was really excited when he described how they designed the new chin spoiler. It's going to be quite "firm". One of the things they didn't like about the stock bumper cover is it's kinda flimsy. So when they made the new chin spoiler it's going the make the existing bumper cover alot tougher. They said it will require drilling six new holes for the bolts they'll supply. I'll keep you folks posted as I hear more, but it sounds like a winner.
