well it is obvious i am new to this forum, i have only owned one other mustang in my life and it was a 1965 289 hipo. long time ago. and to be honest with you i was traditonally a chevy man when it came to my muscle cars. however we all know that gm is sucking a!! in that dept lately. the new camaro is horrible looking. so i ahve opted to go ford. i mean come on it is either buy a mustang or buy a foreign car. and being in the army i am not buying foreign. I think the new roush mustangs are awesome.

so anyway i am trying to figure out what options i want to order on my 06 roush mustang. i have read alot of articles on the stage 3 but the price is close to 50k. Hell i can order a sport convertible pkg with the roush charger on it for under 40 i mean come on i am not a professional driver and i dont think that i would feel the difference in the suspension with my skill? but i know i will feel the seat of the pants difference with the supercharger added on to that pkg.

just trying to get a feel of everyones opinions on the different pkg's. thanks wolf

im guessing they havent as its personal preferance as to what options you choose for your new car, if someone replied with "get it in screaming yellow" would you listen?

yes i guess youre right anyway
i heard back from the dealer today and they wanted 49k for the stage 3 roush. and that is out of my price range. i can basically get the same options on a gt for 36 and that includes the supercharger minus the suspension of course. but all in all i dont think i will notice the difference because i am not a pro driver. later wolf

If money is the issue, the GT may be your best bet. That way, you could mod it as you can afford it. I am pretty sure you can buy the Roush items through aftermarket sources anyway.
