I am partial to the flowmaster cat back system. Alot of guys on this forum speak highly of the bassani x-pipe as well. Ive never used one but everyone here seems to know their stuff. (its a very well informed group we have here) As far as headers go Ive never been let down by BBK.
headers.... i have mac, so i think.... they r ok... kinda boring to look at... get something like bbk they look cool... bassani x pipe .... and flowmaster cat back... best combo u can get....

MAC's are supposed to have some of the highest hp numbers. They aren't the absolute greatest to look at, but I've seen worse, besides most people aren't gonna see inside my engine bay. I'd rather them be impressed by the way my taillights look 2-3 cars ahead of them
EDIT: I had some MAC shorties that I just sold because I got a good deal on some JBA equal lengths. I also a have an O/R X with Flowmasters, and I loved the way my car sounded.

i have bbk equal lenth headers, bbk off road h-pipe with 40 series flows and its loud and has a very deep rumble. I am extremely happy with my setup. You will be too
I bought my car with the exhuast system already done and it is one of the sweetest sounding cars I've ever heard. It's a FlowMaster cat back system combined with the cold air intake it breathes easier at the upper end.
