If you would have read my post this is what it said.

Cobalt SS/SC MSRP - $23,000
GMPP Stage 2 kit - $700.00
Good Driving - FREE

Laughing my ass off as I pass 757GT = PRICELESS

If a stock Cobalt SS could get good enough traction to nail a 60ft time of 2.0 or better 14.0 @ 100 would be cake. But in most situations it doesn't happen that way and the boost comes on to fast and the tires spin like mad.

i dotn understand that

low traction = higher trap

so how would getting more grip for a better 60' result in a higher trap?

A 100% stock SS/SC can allready trap at 100mph, a better 60ft would help it see a better ET. Which in some cases the trap speed might actually decrease a mph or two.

Yes, A Stage 2 SS/SC will easily lay down 270whp.

Then again I could just hop in my 2002 Camaro SS and own his ass like none other.

the one you don't have because you got bored with it and traded it in for the mid-high 14 cavabalt, which according to you, has more potential than a mid-low 13 second STOCK camaro SS?

and....youre going to pay 23,000 for a cavalier, then another 700 for the stage two, for only 270hp? you could have gotten a 19,000 srt4, and a 1500 stage 2 kit, and had 280/300..and those are easily getting into the mid 12s, with GIRLS driving...

According to cody... the cobalt is just as fast as the srt-4 even with something like 50lb's less torque and 25 hp or something along those lines... not to mention it weighs less.

So posting that proved what 757GT, that alot of Cobalt's are being driven by 16 and 17 year olds that haven't got a clue how to drive?

Then again look at what people say stock 99-04 GT's run, then go look in the timeslips section on this forum.

Enough with all of the bullcrap allready you ignorant ****.

And how old are you? Looks like your running a 14.4

I love this post, good one man, looks like someone just got owned, see Cody, here is the thing, they have had 99-04 GT's run high 13's bone stock but you dont see us going around saying Stangs run high 13's but yet you insist on saying this Cobalt SS runs low 14s which is just about as rare as the GT's run high 13's, why cant you just accept it??, why dont you stop worrying about if you can take GTs and just focus more on beating Imports???

yay more slowbalt bashing. woot!! I live for this.... i love how u have to compare a modded slowbalt to a stock gt lol. and $700 wont get u ****, did u forget u have to get everything to accompany a stage two? not to mention a 400-500 tune to get it running the numbers u said. when u add all that and throw it in a mustang=pwnd slowbalt. plus u have the fastest new crapalier made...compare it to an 03 cobra since thats the top of the mustang line...and im still waiting for ur 13 sec slip since ur such a good driver and all the other cobalt guys are inexperienced. if u were such a god at launching and shifting then why isnt ur crapalier in da 13's... ohhh snap u cant get it there NEWB.....

Then do it. Hope the SS has some mods to own his Stang "like no other" because if stock it won't beat 13.3 by too much.
