fuel injector rails - 3/10/2003 12:40:36 PM    fasteddie   Posts: 52 Joined: 3/10/2003 From: United States Status: offline I want to replace the rubber hoses on my 93 5.0 injector rails and can this be done? It looks like they can be cut off and maybe new ones attached with hose clamps but I want to verify this before I do this. Regards! Ed Post #: 1

The factory fuel rails are not wide enough and the rubber hose needed to be modified to make it wide enough to bolt to my trick flow intake. Believe it or not all I did was cut away the grayish colored hose, its tough to cut, and replaced it with normal auto parts store 3/8 fuel line with hose clamps.
