Default bolt on EVO vs LT1 *vid*

This happened a few days ago, someone called me up and said this EVO is at the local spots talking **** how he has the fastest car in town, etc, etc. So I say no, then they pestered me with phone calls for for damn near an hour so I gave in.
I didnt feel like putting the DR on so I said if he insist to run someone it going to be from a roll. He chose 40, so i spin till like 60 but oh well. Both have a passenger. Its and Evo XIII with the Evo IX turbo set up, if it matters.

what kind or power are you putting down with the spray?
i ran a bolt ons evo with my cobra back when it just had a cat back. and all i could do was just edge him out. he claimed 352 awhp. don't know how that stacks up to this guys, but i would think it would be alot closer than that unless hes a moron and miss shifted or something.

This guy is probably in the 330 range, Should be atleast. He drove fine, my brother rode in the car with him and after I got 4 cars out on him, my brother said he let out and said " thats a fast car".
Me and you trap about the same with me on spray. So I would venture to say me and you would be a very close race from a roll.

have you ever tracked the car on the gas before? just curious as to what it puts down for et and trap speed with the bottle. when i raced the evo i only had 370 rwhp so i am sure i was a heavier car with only about 20 more hp and i banged the rev limiter during my run it was so close i was watching his car instead of my own. good run though.

nice run, i like w/ the bottle more than w/o! i love the commentary on it tho...a mod should delete them all and put one post that says: "STFU! Run what ya' brung, then shake hands and part ways"

i have a vid up of me sitting at a light next to a KB cobra. 1min into the vid, i take off normal, he takes off slow, then floors it by the camera car and mine. i got 178,000 views and 80ish comments about mustangs being slow, despite my car being high 12s NA, and the cobra being high 11s and showing it.

Blazer 4.3... I'm assuming the time you have listed in your signature is without the spray? I would have to assume your running at least mid to low 12's with the spray? With a trap of 104 if on spray, I can't believe you killed that EVO that bad in the race.

Nice kill none the less. Put those slicks or DR on next time so your not fishtailing! That can be a little dangerous right next to the car your racing (street that is).

Yup streetfire is where to go if you want to bicker with lil kids. You wont have a problem finding a 15 yr old with nothing better to do then talk **** about cars he dont have.
