I have a carburator on mine so would I need to change the fuel pump when I upgrade to a 5.0

Im looking at dropping in a carbed 302 out of an old crown vic. Would the parts like the motor mount and trans mounts be the same? Also would an AOD trans bolt up to the older block or would i have to mod the tunnel for the C-6 ( i think ) that came with the motor.

i have an 87 4 banger that i just converted...everything is going well and its just about done..i put in an 89 maf harness due to the 87 not having air bags...i was just wondering if everything plugs in good and if u had any problems with the wiring...or if u know of any site that may help thanks agin

Ryan you said you changed the Radiator ....why? I was always told that the 2.3 and the 5.0 radiators were the same. I know a 3 row one was equipped in some.

No it wouldn't be, because most of the 2.3 people come here first thinking it will be posted every where. Unlike other parts of the forums we think its ok for the odd post to make its way in here that has nothing to do with a 4 banger stang
