I graphed this out from a couple of cars with minimal mods and the blower. It gives you a good idea of how each power preforms.

I'm not going for a "dyno queen". I've driven a lot of high horse power cars from exotics to muscle cars. And I've owned and built some very high horse power cars. A lot of them are one trick ponies. Most of them are fast in a straight line, but find it a bit more difficult when exiting a turn because of how hard and fast the power comes on... among other problems. I'm looking for something simple for this car that can be easily driven, especially while I'm fine tuning the SRA to handle. Something that allows the driver to focus on skill level more than brute power.

Thanks amoosenamedhank! I like the graph.

Since this is my first blower, how much hotter (versus a turbo) are the air intake temps going to get?

It also depends on what head unit you have for the centris. My torque comes in a LOT faster than your example graph with my vortech t trim.

Both cars in the example graph are 4.6 2vs. The Vortech was an S-trim with a 10 pulley and the Kenne bell was the 2.1 9psi kit.

Normal intake temps for a KB under boost are going to be around 160-180*

my intake temps with the Vortech T-trim, with Methanol injection is around 60-70* when ambient temperature is around 90-95*

With a Turbo system, with the addition of a FMIC and using the same methanol/water injection you can keep intakes around 90-110* under boost.
