Why you doing the stroker? There are guys on here with a 283CID making way more than I would on the same tune with a 298CID,
not only that I've heard its alot more stress on the engine when you increase the stroke that much.
On an agressive tune at 13lbs of boost I saw about 520rwhp at 6800rpm. Since your going with the manual, you'll be further ahead than I am
I have a little more in parts and I think the cost on mine came to around 27-$28,000, good luck with it. I'm guessing your going for an all out straight line car? I think except for the suspension and the blower, our set-up's will be quite similar. Like I said, good luck with it all, just make sure you really trust the shop your using.
Little horror story about the shop I use - I had them fabricate another couple oil lines for me, and they put the belt on wrong- shredded it all to he** within 100-150 miles. all my advice is just check stuff over and make sure it's done right, and never trust jack furrier's tires -they didn't even retorque the lug nuts down.
